Front Desk

Oftentimes, the patient’s first interaction with Pain Management and Treatment Center will be with our Front Desk Staff. Since this will likely be a lasting impression, we want it to be a positive one. In Patient Satisfaction Surveys, conducted over the past fifteen years, our patients consistently rate the Front Desk staff from above average to excellent in the following categories:

  • professional attitude
  • friendly and engaging
  • courteous and understanding

  • ease of scheduling an appointment
  • pleasant and informative
  • attentive and helpful

Although, the Front Desk staff capably handles many things throughout the day; patient service is their top priority.
